L - I think you are right mate.

Probably some form of scoping/pre-feasability study after the JORC.

I think:

JORC ann followed by JV ann that would outline plans to take BM to mining stage, including scoping studies, etc.

The fact that IK has followed the letter of the law to date makes me think that he will continue to follow the code step by step to achieve mining lic/approval.

Either way - and this has been said for ages - news is (now) really just aroound the corner.
