VA in my opinion. They have been re-financing for best part of 4 years. Like BND I think this one is going down. I will be surprised to see this re-list. How can these guys continue servicing debt at a time where coal prices are at GFC lows and pre 2007 prices. My opinion is to sell but you cant sell if it doesn't re-list.
