Are you just trying to give us a rev-up, or are you serious!???
I know it is tax-loss selling time, and there are plenty of investors who have losses to sell on PLT, but really !!!
Have another read of the Patterson's report ... they crunched the numbers based on known business, and concluded that the 60c mark was justified, before taking the many potential upsides into effect.

p.s. whilst 30's is a bit harsh, the 'Buyers' side of 'Market Depth' is looking very thin today ... let's hope the selling isn't too brutal!
