Hi BMD, keep up your informative posts. They were well written.
From your posts, it seems that you are a trained person in medical science. We have quite a few things "in common" (or may be "not in common" depending on your view) notwithstanding I do have my immediate family of about 20 medical doctors and one daughter of mine is a medical consultant as well as a Ph D in Medicine who has worked in Peter Mac Cancer Centre and QIMR Berghofer. Even though I think you live in Brisbane as you like to reference “Mango” in some of your posts but I doubt we will ever cross path for the 3 reasons 1) I am almost a hermit now 2) I have a Lyssavirus vaccination about 20 years ago after being scratched by a bat in Brisbane 3) I ate some grilled fruit bat meat in Borneo Island when I was a teenager. Incidentally I travelled quite extensively in the Yunan area in 2005 (I still have the fermented circular PuerTea cake preserved in my pantry) where in 2012 some caves were found to have bats carrying the now infamous coronavirures.
