Thoughts on post trial activities....... need to be peer reviewed...... ?

Peer review is a significant part of science and it occurs at different levels. Scientific papers for exapmle are reviewed by editors of journals etc before publishing. You can read the editors reveiws of Biotrons last published paper on the journals website.

This stands apart though from the dozens of online preprint servers these days specific to their proper field of science where researchers can publish online for peer review prior to submission to a respected journal. These servers have been working overtime this pandemic.

Hotcopper, by way of a poor example is a kind of one of these public reveiw servers where peers can comment on your trading perspective. But as no one here has any credability, apart from Lux, it hardly stands up as a proper peer review system .

As for trial results there isn't any requirement for outside peer review other than the internal review/checking by the those conducting the research, but it usually does when the results are large and complex as it is in this case. As such, specialists within the system are contracted to review results. I'd be very surprised if our results are not being reveiwed by other outside the trial design, but I cannot say categorically. However, we can rest assured that the results will be well scutinized before release.

Anyway, as much as the methodology is important, the results themselves are what we wait for.
