    Agree! For what it's worth I have not read or heard any communication from the company that suggests a T/O. Have heard plenty about the desire for a partnership for stage 3 and beyond. Wrt to a T/O, given the share registry is diluted, a T/O would only work if the price offered was so attractive that a majority of shareholders would take it - which begs the question... at what price would HC punters sell???
