Interesting question.
My thoughts last year in my posts was that BIT should have held the CR earlier - and taken advantage of the higher SP and raised a larger amount. So, I am on record for saying that.
The difference was something like 4-6 cents above what the CR done i haste netted BIT in the end.
Delaying the CR to the bitter end - with the excuse they would get "external funding" was a mistake. In the end BIT had to heavily discount the CR.
At this stage, I suspect that BIT is trying to wait for the full trial results to be announced before they actively chase the next CR. Positive results shouldpush up the SP. Hope they time that well.
To be honest, they are fairly poor in the financial management area of the business.
