I’m sure they will get great action in the lab. The issue will be finding a suitable non toxic dose that works fast, and the time it will take to complete viable and very expensive animal preclinical with monkeys, tox and then P1 safety.
And perhaps whether a vaccine will be the big winner instead of a cure. This is why I wonder if the 225 hits reported in that private Saudi paper might make it a candidate. It would shave years off. They really only need to save the most vulnerable over those several critical days.
