I think Biotron is in serious trouble and is desperate, they have come to a dead stop. No money for further trials, HIV on indefinite hold due to CoVid-19, no other drugs of any consequence so now they are floundering just to survive as a company, hoping against hope for a miracle. So they have resorted to social climbing to deflect their true dire situation by hiring all sorts of well known people for their services that they know they will never need, so no money lost. Keeping their loyal SHs hanging on by not supplying any news, (because it's all bad) - hoping for a miracle.
