The comment about patents is interesting. Must be a fairly hot topic for Biotech CEOS. I remember seeing this issue discussed here a few weeks back. The presumption is that BIT 225 can be extend by request. I just read that there is an option to extend 'under certain circumstances'. Does any know what the circumstances are?
