yes and no. What you ask is a the job of a vaccine, which is a year or more away. But antivirals can have a similar effect in certain cases, just as their is an 'after pill' for HIV infection.
Coronaviruses are less stubborn than HIV, and this CoV strain is not particularly lethal compared to its predecessors: SARS1 and especially MERS, which had 10% and 35% fatality rates.
Antivirals can be given to medical workers that will assist in keeping the virus at bay. This is not proven for SARS2, but I'm personally hopeful that this will occur in the nearish future, but long before a vaccine is developed.
