    The problem is what happened after the last pump, uncertainty, etc.
    A big part of what is happening now seems to be institutional investors, we know that BTC has resurrected itself which should imply less risk moving forward.
    DCC historically moves quickly, i think we're seeing that now esp looking at the volume.
