Certainly not saying altcoins will reach new all time highs, but that vast majority have flat-lined over the past few months while bitcoin has taken off. At some point many investors will pull great profits out of bitcoin, then pump most of the altcoins, and there are over 2000 coins to pump. I think we are so, so close to a massive altcoin pump. The signs are very bullish for an altcoin rally to start this week.
