I still invest in the ASX primarily for fully franked dividends but you're right as it can be slow at times lol
I think being stock selective is paramount to successfully trading on the ASX but Crypto's is where most of the action/volatility is for sure.
Managing risk/reward on Crypto's though is the difficulty given the volatility.
