This type of action occurs in the mining tenement business too. RIO almost lost a tenement it held for years to a small explorer. Although it is bureaucratic, it marks the difference between sharp and dull. It just beggars belief that something as important as this could be handled so badly.
Not the end of the world, and probably the result of distraction of which there has been too much since DCC listed. Once again, DCC seems to have no concept of how the market works, in terms of public relations, perceptions of management etc. Focus boys, focus.
