Look up Hjalmar Schacht and John Mayard Keynes Bancor. Nothing is truly new, only that new technology can reinvigorate very old ideas. for real? i dunno what you have read but xrp is owned by ripple foundation. pre minted 100bill. u gotta buy them off ripple foundation initially - cannot be mined by anyone. ffs. great if you are making money off ripple tokens but please, dig a bit deeper than some tripper on yootoob?
