    Keynes gets blamed for a lot. The continued prolific spending by governments was never advocated by Keynes. In fact the spending was to only happen during severe economic bad times. During those times Keynes advocated for governments to step. Of course the politicians just loved the spending part, and just carried on spending. Also Keynes advocated for a currency called Bancor to be used by governments only for international trade. But the US rejected this and as such the $US became the worlds reserve currency. The up shot is Keynes still gets the blame anyway. Jet
