When you get into it. the US at this time will not be buying BTC, but the confiscated BTC from criminals, will go into the reserve. Not ideal for those that hold BTC ( I don't hold BTC) but it's a start. The other Crypto's XRP, SOL, ADA & ETH seem to be going onto a "Stockpile". I don't know if that means the Stockpile will be filled with confiscated Crypto.
