    In the "tulip bubble" of 1636 if you had a lot of tulips (or bulbs to grow them) you were
    worth a fortune. You could have built a fence, wall, or moat, and hired a small army to protect them.
    You would have spent a small fortune defending your "assets" - all for nothing in a few short months.

    "Bitcoin miners" will ultimately share this experience.
