If it's not Bitcoin it will be some form of crypto on the Blockchain, if you paid attention to the video you posted Wallerstein rightly states that the US military is powerful yet powerless and I presume this interview was pre Nh Korea : Kim Jong Il has demonstrated this.
Wallerstein states the world needs a fairer system and the Blockchain and crypto is a system to take the power away from the banksters.
I think you need to research the blockchain.
