Yes, they did email me a prospectus BTW.
They have an excellent deal on power as you need lots of electricity to mine bitcoins. Much of the money is going into purchasing high end equipment.
They also said that they are oversold but had $2k share value set aside just in case I wanted in.
I don't want in. The biggest liability they face are the banks. You can't do bitcoin business if you can't bank.
