This is not disputed. What is being disputed is the fact that RFN intention to provide BaaS with that of Bitcoin.
As an investor in IOT and Blockchain, I find RFN is an exciting stock to hold depending on if and when it acquires a Blockchain company to extend its SaaS / BaaS offering.
