it appears the Beijing contract QTK have secured is simply too much for some to absorb.

for QTK to be trading at 31c needs some investigation.

firstly i think there is some overhang of quite bitter "old QTK" holders and the small trading parcels of recent times suggest to me they are the ones exiting.

the old holders shareholdings were reduced on a 100 to 1 basis and as such all of them were sitting on a complete loss and on the last few days of trading they would need QTK to trade at least at $1 to break even.

so i think they saw anything above zero as a get out number.

when you consider their shares were worth zero 12 months ago......Pallister in under 12 months got the shares to a high of 44.5c

and whilst many exited here and have been the nett sellers recently.........i believe they should wait.

i think Pallister is quite an operator and the details i have managed to piece together about the Beijing deal alone would value QTK somewhere between 60c to $1....depending on the simple GP in the Beijing deal.

I actually think the deal makes QTK worth much more then $1.........on what i know.

I believe also QTK at the request of a brokerage firm are putting together some very sensitive projection numbers based on the Beijing deal alone......and are due very shortly.

Once these numbers are consumed by the market....i think we will quickly see a completely different market bias on QTK.

    Finally.........i might remind everyone again.,

around 320m shares are held by the Top 100 shareholders with the top 20 holding around 300m and of those every director has escrowed their holdings until June 2006.

which means simply around 30m shares for the punters.

IF.....the numbers are as good as i am led to believe........this will run hard and fast due to very low liquidity of shares (as evidenced by the run on the contract)

and i think MJR mentioned Pallister has been away......a fact i can also confirm.

another deal might really throw the cat among the pidgeons.

    i see QTK this way.......

1......i have picked this stock long before anyone else has figured it out

    or

2.....i am completely wrong with what i have manged to find and what i have been told.

what others do is for themselves.......but on the balance of probablilities.

    QTK have announced a deal.

you work it out for yourselves if i am right or wrong.

I believe i am right about QTK and hold very tightly.

    IMHO of course.
