I know of a personal case where a woman was scammed out of $30,000 and induded into taking out a loan to buy bitcoin. She lost the lot and cant afford to pay that loan. She currently has a dying husband sick with cancer. She is only in her mid 40s. She believed Bitcoin was the same as the stock market.
How is the government going to prevent people from being scammed into taking out loans to buy bitcoin. Laws should be in place to make these loans invalid and unenforceable.
