    I once work for a very large international company in the '90's, every quarter they retrenched 5% of this existing staff.

    What always amused me was in their employee announcement they would always say they were positioning for growth!

    I guess that's the line the pumpers can start using here now "DCC's SP is positioning for growth." wink.png

    BTW: the company eventually went bust.
