60 G is just a psychological catalyst for the punters to go yipee , other than that nothing , no, in the cold hard world of investing the last six months have been a great period for DCC in my view because they have had unprecedented asset appreciation , sure the market does not see it or has not responded according to my logic , but it may simply be that DCC is such a small company or may indicate the fact that their primary commodity is so unpredictable that it imbues a sence of fear when considering an investment in the companies shares. Whatever the reason, my view is that if the value of the underlying asset continues to rise eventually it will reach a point that attracts interest and the price of the said company will improve.
When this happens ? who knows but i suggest that it may happen eventually.
The same thing is happening to BPT their commodity price has risen over the last few months but the share price is stuck in the mud , in this situation i must remind myself to be patient.
