$9m raised seems and the mkt cap are just insane to me - don't doubt the long term appeal of digital currency but since when does that translate real details and more than fad value for equity holders here... but anyway
who bagged the 6m pre-consol options for "services unrelated to the acquisition"
and what are the details - strike, expiry etc ?
