WOW , this now valued at 44c (7.7c pre consolidation) or almost $90m and the prospectus hasnt even been lodged for the 45.5m 20c shares , i can see a huge overhang of sellers all in the money once they issue those shares and 83m vendor shares also will be looking for a quick buck once issued imo.
