The current 217,607,664 on issue get reduced to 38,076,581 post consolidation. Then the vendors will get a chance to sell their 82,764,655 shares . Those who get some of the 45.5m shares from the prospectus at 20c or the current pre consolidated price of 3.5c will also get the chance to sell.
