I think it's a case of waiting, look at the track record of the people involved...Zhenya Tsvetnenko is a super smart/good guy, and I'm sure he wouldn't invest time and money into a venture if the numbers didn't stack up.
My concern is with cloudhashing.com, the roots of the business seem less than sanitary.
