There was a well-publicised 30 minute three-way interview hook-up on CBS site today, live at 2pm New York time. 5am AEST.
It was a good update on where bitcoin is now, post the Mt Gox debacle.
To the many negative posters here, you may well be right, but I would urge you to do some up to date research. Events are moving very quickly.
The new company will have nothing to do with the old one, that attracts such a lot of press here. Nothing, not directors, not business, absolutely nothing. DigitalBTC will be the first such company downunder, and as such will ultimately attract a lot of attention, if the US experience is anything to go by.
And if the old shareholders are willing to sell out, that will provide liquidity for the new owners.
