    Well tinstuff at the moment ato don't recognize bitcoins, so you're safe there, certainly not as a dividend... So instead of having to pay capital gains on your own efforts and funds you put at risk on the asx.. Gains made on bitcoin trading are not subject to capital gains tax from my searches I have done. I did fail my accounting exam so dyor
