yup thats the first calculation i did, which aint bad that people are paying up a premium given the stock before the announcement was 2.6c.
interestingly post consolidated the enterprise value of the business is $20.8M markt cap ($33.2M total mrkt cap when inc cash)
Be interested to know what sort of market cap people believe this business can get to given technology operates in a 15 to 20 times PE ratio world
That will be the interesting thing over the next few months mrkt cap valuation..
time will tell....
