I run an online business and can assure you that the Credit Card scamming is a multi million dollar business. And the Banks are complicit: Most people who have their cards scammed get a refund, and when they do they think the banks are great. Only it's not the banks who do the refund it's the traders whose portal have been used fraudulently give a refund. And it get more disgusting, the trader sends out the goods after the banks have approved the online transaction, the crooks know it takes up to 6 weeks before the owner of his card has been used fraudulently and banks get around to doing something about it - the crooks get the goods, and as I say 6 weeks later the bank pulls the money out of the traders account - gives to back to the legitimate card holder and make out they do the refund and THEN charge the trader a charge back fee.

This has been going on worldwide for years involving possibly Billions of Dollars and the Banks know it goes on: A DISGRACE!
