That's very interesting, I also assumed the banks insurance would cover it? Doesn't surprise me that the banksters foist it off onto an innocent party. The really sad p[art is that any CC transaction is done with invented money anyway. It is the transaction itself that 'creates' the 'money' into being so it would be NO cost to the banksters to reverse fraudulent transactions.
In my case it was some travel mob that I had NO dealings with whatsoever.
