A technical question for the crypto experts here:
If the USD is in the toilet which it is, why would BTC et al be pegged to it and why does everyone get excited by its ratio to USD
When the current financial system inevitably dies if BTC is the chosen one what will its ratio be pegged to?
Just trying to wrap my head around it
