Not sure exactly what Enoggera means, but the first time using Binance I had issues verifying my Aus bank ACC and couldn't get the money off (their support is about the worst you can get). I had to send stablecoin to coinspot and then delete/recrete my binance account. Following this I've had only smooth sailing with the platform. My recommendation is send a couple of dollars back and forth to make sure everything is OK.
