I had to send stablecoin to coinspot and then delete/recrete my binance account. Following this I've had only smooth sailing with the platform. I don’t do any bank account or any aud payments to binance. I buy USD-T on another exchange like coinspot then transfer it over the BEP20 chain.

Once you use an Australian bank account on binance you will be ineligible to purchase some stuff…see screenshot…
