    Better understanding meritocracy would be in reading struggles of Sandel in "The Tyranny of Merit" by Penguin.
    The book gives insights good and more bad of meritocracy but there is better = a way more better
    Then you may inform a view on equality of opportunity, or opportunity of results or opportunity of condition for participants to hold a common venture.
    Ponzi could play a role in a remedy for equality in removing barriers to meritocratic achievement.
    But as Gold should PONZI be desired as merit & better?
