The only Btc that would have to be sold would those needed to pay the administrators cost this has already been done at least once since MT GOX went into administration plus those who wanted payment in fiat. I did see an article that gave the percentage of coin being changed to fiat as low compared to total available . They may want to get it for selling themselves most have asked for it to be transferred to them
