handing out 60grand in crypto to russian army guys seems a little Wimsickle and immature,,why not use US dollars,,,sure the crypto needs wallets etc,,but cash in hand is a real motivator,,,look what happened with that african soccer team who demanded cash to play in the world cup,,a few years back,,the hole thing just doesn't make any sense at all..bribes,,kickbacks,,are we dealing with government or a mafia?
