is the wa grant still available

Does anyone know whether the WA low emission technology grants have actually been shelved?

I've heard that the second round is still expected to go ahead and could be announced within the week. It obviously doesnt mean CNM will get it, but it would be nice if CNM were still in with a chance - i'd say the minimum would be $5m, max $13 mill.

Mind you, these days i'm following the market, rather than hope or rumours, and the market isnt saying anything particularly positive about CNM short term. But if the share price starts getting some nice support towards the end of the week, i'll allow myself some excitement. If we get the grant, surely we'd be a shoe in for Binningup as well.
