How much bitcoin consumes is not my point its the percentage that is renewable . AS a form of money Bitcoin has a far higher renewable percentage of energy used in its production and use than fiat . Those concerned about green issues need to minimise their use of fiat currency and maximise their use of bitcoin so that their carbon footprint is minimised
