I can't imagine the US banning crypto, its just another avenue for them to gain tax revenue and too many large institutions are heavily invested in crypto.
There are other Canadian ETFs in ethereum.
Dribs is right, there have been numerous times China has threatened crypto and just this year I thought it was India.
China has already established their own digital currency, but it has a lot of limitations.
