oneclip, on the contrary, IMHO I think this is going to succeed with the amount of support received. I suspect she is not ignoring you but is probably flat out with MST. I found it pretty easy (call, chat, deposit funds, let her get on with it) but that was early on, I suspect that the volume of calls has increased significantly since then.
