No, I dont have all the details of the restructure and I am not sure that the Lloyds syndicate would be happy to have the details posted publically until the deal is secured.

This is just my opinion:

I think it a fair bet that there will be a new board.
And there is talk about the intention of keeping the existing SH's on board with as big a chunk as possible.
I am sure that things have been thought through very thoroughly and in detail with a plan for management, product development and delivery. I have the impression this lot know what they are doing.

Dont be guided be me though. Do your own research and make your own decisions. I am no more qualified than my dog to give anyone financial advise.
