1. The only thing of value to the company is I.P.
2. The only short term revenue option is MAUL. The company has never told us how long that will take but it is clearly the BEST short term option
3. ASOF option will likely result in shareholders losing every cent invested
4. An external investor is unlikely at this stage
Therefore I still think the best option is selling SOME of the I.P. / patents to someone who wants it (eg. Mach 5/50 perhaps) and concentrate on MAUL. I see no other way of moving forward with the company.
The ASOF proposal gives them everything include future revenue that we shareholders paid for, and it keep the executives in a job....the guys that got us into his situation. Of course as a shareholder I no Longer have any say in what happens to this company....l.awesome situation to be in.
