People only really bad reviews of exchanges if theyve been scammed, it doesnt make sense that they would go out of their way to post a review on some small exchange if they hadnt been wronged in some way. But people do in fact post fake reviews to boost the rating of exchanges as shown by the message at the top of the page for the link I gave which says.
"We’ve detected a number of fake reviews for this company and we’ve removed them.If additional suspicious reviews are discovered on this profile, we’ll remove those too. If you believe a review is fake, you can flag it.We take the integrity of our platform very seriously, and wanted to let you knowthis company hasn’t been playing by the rules. When we uncover misuse, we take action and alert our community."
