Discount usually happens due to high volatility and duration.
BITOA, expires 30 November 2018, so short duration, 1-2c discount is reasonable, currently trading at 20c + 6c exercise = 26c (5c discount to head 31c)
BITOB, expires 12 December 2019, 13 months duration, currently trading at 22.5c + 5c exercise = 27.5c (3.5c discount to head 31c, usually should be trading at premium due to long duration)
