It is pretty simple. For example, Buy BITOA, fill in a form, pay the company 6c per BITOA you have, and your BITOA converts to BIT.
Options are usually just an “O”, I.e. BITO. But if they already have a BITO, then the next lot will be BITOA, then BITOB, BITOC etc.
There used to be a BITO, but they expired and disappeared some time ago.
